That's 55 million people holding $165 trillion, too complex for retail banks and too small for private banks.\nThe team is small and very senior. The CEO has built two unicorns, one sold to Alibaba for $4bn. The team also built a consumer social app with more than 10M daily active users. The company raised a €12M pre-seed led by Headline, with Atomico and GFC.\nWhat you'll do\nShape the product from zero to MVP. We ship a proof of concept every week. The first MVP lands in December, the second in January. There are no product managers. The core flows and the way the product feels are yours to set.\n\nDefine how our users interact with agents. By voice and through interfaces that generate themselves. And how the agent earns enough trust to move users money.\n\nPrototype and ship in code. You build your designs with coding agents and ship them with the iOS engineers. The code is the deliverable.\n\nStay close to users, every week. You're in the user conversations. You turn what you hear into what you build, and you push back when a brief isn't ready.\n\nCraft the details. Flows, interaction design, and visual polish, down to the micro-interactions and signature patterns.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years designing end-to-end on tier-1, design-led, mobile-first consumer apps.\n\nA design engineer. You build with coding agents to multiply your output, not to replace craft.\n\nObsessive about small details.
