This role focuses on assisting with account updates, order inquiries (WISMO), and resolving general customer concerns with accuracy and care.\nYou will ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling confident, supported, and genuinely valued.\nAvailability Requirements:\nTuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM\nSaturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver connection-driven service aligned with Good Ranchers’ voice and values\nHandle inbound calls with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism\nAssist with account updates (address changes, order placement, subscription management)\nProvide accurate order updates, tracking support, and delivery insights\nPromote subscription benefits and 100% American-sourced products\nResolve customer concerns using pre-approved solutions (refunds, replacements, credits)\nCreate “wow moments” by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations\nEscalate complex issues appropriately with clear documentation and follow-up\nAccurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems\nAssign call reason dispositions on 100% of contacts\nHandle compliance-related requests with urgency and accuracy\nIdentify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement\nMeet and maintain performance KPIs (AHT, CSAT, Adherence, etc.)\nParticipate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate degree or coursework in Communications, Business, or related field preferred\nCustomer service certifications are a plus\nQualifications\nPrior customer service or call center experience preferred\nStrong verbal communication and active listening skills\nStrong written communication skills for potential email follow-up with customers\nChat support experience is a plus\nAbility to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations\nExperience with CRM tools (Shopify, Kustomer, Dialpad preferred)\nDetail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused\nFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some
