Take our least-defined problems and turn them into plans that people can actually execute - phases, sequencing, KPIs. In your first few months, you'll visit warehouses, talk directly with dozens of vendors, and get to know the mechanics of how our industry operates across markets. Understanding the people you build for is essential in knowing what to build.\nOwn how we build it. Every problem comes with exciting and challenging technical tradeoffs. You should be an expert in everything from building polished UIs to distributed systems design. As a Staff Engineer, you'll also work to improve predictability and accelerate the velocity of the entire Engineering Team. \nRaise the AI ceiling.
