We’re looking for a hands-on and versatile person who enjoys both developing ideas and putting them into practice. You should be comfortable moving between planning marketing initiatives and managing their day-to-day execution, from creating visuals to coordinating events and running campaigns.\nTasks\nTrade Shows & Events\nPlan and coordinate Goodweek’s participation in international trade shows and industry events.\n\nManage all event logistics and visual branding, including booth design, signage, branded merchandise, localized brochures, interactive activities, and contests.\n\nCoordinate external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.\n\nOrganise networking events, partner meetups, and cocktail receptions alongside major industry events.\n\nRepresent Goodweek on-site, engaging with prospects, partners, and industry professionals.\n\nLocalisation, Multilingual Adaptation & Content Rollout\nManage the localization and adaptation of marketing materials across Goodweek’s target markets.\n\nDevelop scalable processes to roll out localized content efficiently, using multilingual templates and automated asset creation where possible.\n\nEnsure brand consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all translated and adapted content before publication.\n\nDigital Acquisition & Budget Management\nDevelop and execute paid acquisition campaigns for each target market using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.\n\nManage the overall acquisition budget and continuously optimize cost per lead (CPL) and marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation across regions.\n\nDefine KPIs, track campaign ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.\n\nCreate, optimise, and A/B test localized landing pages and conversion forms to improve campaign performance.\n\nMarketing Automation & Workflow Optimisation\nCreate automated lead follow-ups, including multilingual emails within 48 hours after events.\n\nScale global communication workflows and develop modular email templates that can be adapted across markets.\n\nAutomate repetitive marketing tasks and improve the efficiency of campaign execution.\n\nBrand, Design & Content Production\nCreate visual assets for the business, including advertising banners, infographics, print materials, and event signage.\n\nSupport organic LinkedIn growth by developing engaging post formats, carousels, key takeaways, and live event coverage.\n\nCreate and coordinate high-value marketing content, including customer case studies, blog articles, and lead-generation materials such as use cases and customer testimonials.\n\nRequirements\nProficiency in English and either Spanish or French.\n\n3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally with initial experience in an international environment.\n\nAdvanced experience in design tools such as Canva.\n\nHands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple countries, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and working with marketing automation platforms.\n\nStrong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multilingual marketing assets across different markets.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly, and reprioritize when needed.\n\nStrong sense of ownership, initiative, and a hands-on approach to execution.\n\nGenuine enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with international prospects and partners at trade shows and industry
