This position is responsible for the compilation, review, and recording of financial transactions and assisting in the completion of month-end processing. This hands-on billing role reports directly to the Senior Staff Accountant with a dotted line to the CFO.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nReview and properly code vendor and publisher payables.\nBuild amazing relationships with multiple client media teams to ensure end-of-month billing completion and accuracy of monthly accounting sheets.\nPartner with Publishers to ensure timely receipt of invoices, resolution of invoice discrepancies, and establish payment arrangements.\nPrepare and send client invoices (time-based and % of media billings).\n Support clients’ standard and ad hoc reporting requirements and obtain necessary documentation supporting audits.\nMaintain various supporting Excel worksheets that serve as checks and balances for publisher and client invoicing.\nMaintain and optimize internal control processes as the Company deems necessary.\nProvide assistance on special projects on an as-needed basis.\nJob Requirements & Experience:\n0-2 years of experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or an equivalent number of years of work.\nStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and critical problem-solving are a MUST. \nDemonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.\nTalented communicator and effective relationship builder.\nComputer proficiency in MS OFFICE (intermediate Excel experience preferred).\nQuickBooks knowledge preferred\nAdditional Role Details\nWork Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Good Apple is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position.\nCompensation Range: $66,500 annually\nThe compensation range reflects the expected base salary for candidates who meet the specific experience, skills, and qualifications required for the role.
