You will work directly with customers to understand the requirements and translate them into logical data models, ETL designs, dashboards, and general consulting the customers.\nWhat will you do\nDesign and implement BI and AI-powered analytics solutions on the GoodData platform, integrating LLMs and custom AI workflows to enhance data access and analysis.\n\nLead the technical aspects of the solution design, manage and coordinate the other members of the GoodData team across consulting, product, sales, support, and training.\n\nInterface directly with customers during project implementations, and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.\n\nPossess a comprehensive understanding of the GoodData products and services.\n\nContribute to the development of the GoodData Consulting team by mentoring other colleagues, extending our knowledge base, and improving the GoodData implementation methodologies.\n\nCommunicating with customers from the US market.\n\nAbout you\nProven experience building scalable BI solutions.\n\nStrong technical skills with the ability to rapidly learn technical skills relevant to GoodData implementations.\n\nIT consulting skills and experience, ability to set and manage customer expectations, and to negotiate appropriate resolutions to issues.\n\nPractical experience integrating AI capabilities into analytics solutions using LLM APIs, prompt design, or structured outputs..\n\nExperience with relational/dimensional data modeling.\n\nVery good knowledge of SQL, and ability to design data pipelines (ETL processes).\n\nHands-on experience with AWS data architecture, including S3, Iceberg, Glue, Athena etc.\n\nSelf-directed with the ability to work simultaneous engagements with minimal supervision.\n\nFluent in written and spoken English.\n\nIt is nice if you have\nAdvanced knowledge of SQL and SQL query tuning and optimization.\n\nExperience with leading BI engineers and analysts.\n\nExperience with ETL tools and Data Warehousing techniques.\n\nKnowledge of scripting languages (Ruby, Python, or other).\n\nKnowledge of Web Services, REST.\n\nExperience with RAG patterns, vector databases, AI agents, or LLM evaluation pipelines.\n\nProject Management skills.\n\nAbout GoodData.AI\nAt GoodData.AI, we’re building the future of agentic AI for data intelligence.\nOur full-stack data intelligence platform empowers companies to turn raw data into real business impact - from agentic AI apps to embedded analytics that scale securely and seamlessly.
