You can work remote, hybrid, or fully onsite from our Brno or Prague offices.\nAbout the team\nThe team builds a product-oriented Analytical Stack, collaborating closely with dedicated Product Manager, Architect and QA, to solve real customer problems and deliver features that make a difference. We collaborate to design solutions incrementally and value ownership and responsibility. Our engineers take end-to-end ownership of their work, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and contribute to shaping the product.\nOur Tech Stack\nOur tech stack is built for scalability, efficiency, and flexibility in data processing\n\nOur backend is primarily developed in Python (with types) and Kotlin, with a focus on modular microservices handling various aspects of the data pipeline, including orchestration, integration, and processing. We also recently started adopting more and more of Rust in performance-critical parts of our services.\n\nWe deploy on Kubernetes, leveraging technologies like Apache Arrow, DuckDB, Pandas, andPolars for high-performance data processing\n\nWe prioritize distributed architecture and scalability, crafting high-quality, test-driven code while influencing technical solutions, best practices, and API design -both internally and externally\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou are used to working on more than one project. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy taking initiative.
