We help organizations design and deliver meaningful experiences that drive both employee engagement and social impact.\nWhat we do:\nEnd-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion\n\nCurated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities\n\nProgram planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations\n\nHosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience\n\nImpact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes\n\nAs we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Listings Management: Manage and update 100+ Amazon event listings on the app.goodera portal every 15 days, ensuring all details are accurate and published on time.\n2. Client Reminder Emails: Manually send daily reminder emails to 50+ clients, using individual client-specific email templates and ensuring no scheduled reminders are missed.\n3. Thank You Emails: Send thank you emails to clients after every event, within the committed 4 hour TAT, after reviewing the event photos uploaded by hosts on the Host App.\n4. Attendance Tracking and Verification: Track attendance for all virtual events, verify participant counts, upload the final attendance data to Goody, and lock the confirmed attendance count.\n5. QC and Collateral Uploads: QC all the presentation decks and KBYG (Know Before You Go) documents for at least 30+ events and ensure the correct collaterals are uploaded to Goody OS.\n6. Attendance Sharing with Clients: Share verified attendance reports with client Arrow every day after their respective events are completed.\n7. Benevity Link Creation: Create accurate Benevity links for every applicable event for clients such as CBRE and Johnson & Johnson, ensuring the links are correctly generated and associated with the respective events.\n8.
