We help organizations design and deliver meaningful experiences that drive both employee engagement and social impact.\nWhat we do:\nEnd-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion\n\nCurated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities\n\nProgram planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations\n\nHosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience\n\nImpact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes\n\nAs we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.\nRole Brief:\nWe are looking for an Associate - Finance to join our Finance team, with a core focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Bills Payable management, alongside supporting day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.\nResponsibilities\n1. Bills Payable & Vendor Management\nOversee end-to-end Bills Payable processes, including invoice verification, matching (PO to invoice), and timely recording.\n\nFacilitate vendor management, handle vendor queries, and ensure the execution of accurate, timely vendor payments.\n\nCollect, organize, and audit supporting documents from various internal teams for financial records and compliance.\n\n2. Accounting & Financial Reporting\nManage daily bookkeeping, record maintenance, and ensure the absolute accuracy of financial data.\n\nPrepare bank and vendor reconciliation statements, monthly MIS reports, and support the finalization of accounts.\n\nAssist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure strict adherence to effective internal controls.\n\n3.
