We help organizations design and deliver meaningful experiences that drive both employee engagement and social impact.\nWhat we do:\nEnd-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion\n\nCurated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities\n\nProgram planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations\n\nHosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience\n\nImpact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes\n\nAs we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.\nRole Overview\nEvery Goodera volunteering kit is built from materials, and every activity depends on having the right items, specs, and vendors in place. We’re looking for a Catalog Executive to own our internal catalog of the items and materials used across Goodera’s activities and kits.\nYou’ll make sure every item is listed accurately and completely, and that it’s linked to the kits that use it, so our designers, procurement, and execution teams can build and deliver experiences at scale without chasing information. You’ll work closely with the Category team, Activity and Experience Designers, Product Design, Procurement and Logistics, and Execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn item and material listings on the Material Hub: names, descriptions, specifications, images, categories, and attributes\n\nOnboard new items and materials as new activities and kits are developed, and retire or replace discontinued ones\n\nMaintain the item taxonomy, naming conventions, and required fields that define a complete listing\n\nMaintain bills of materials or equivalent: which items go into each kit or SKU, and in what quantities\n\nKeep bills of materials or equivalent in sync when a kit is redesigned, an item is substituted, or a vendor changes\n\nCoordinate with designers, procurement, and vendors to collect and validate data\n\nAudit listings regularly to find and fix errors, gaps, and duplicates\n\nHandle day-to-day catalog requests from internal teams and resolve issues quickly\n\nManage bulk uploads and updates using spreadsheets and catalog tools\n\nReport on catalog health: completeness, accuracy, and request turnaround\n\nDocument catalog SOPs, and use AI tools and automations to reduce manual work and keep data consistent\n\nAbout You\n3+ years of experience in catalog management, product data or listing operations, procurement data, or marketplace operations\n\nHands-on experience with catalog management systems, PIM tools, or seller portals\n\nStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, data validation, and bulk updates\n\nMeticulous attention to detail: you catch the wrong quantity, the missing spec, or the duplicate listing before it reaches a kit or an event\n\nHighly available and quick to respond: teams rely on the catalog to source and deliver live events, so you respond to requests promptly, prioritise urgent ones, and close the loop without being chased\n\nComfortable coordinating with designers, vendors, and operations teams to get the information you need\n\nComfortable using AI tools to speed up repetitive work\n\nExperience with physical products, kits, bills of materials, or vendor data is a strong
