The role will be responsible for ensuring material readiness, shipment documentation, labeling, tracking, and operational accuracy before materials are dispatched for events.\nThe ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with operational systems and spreadsheets, and capable of coordinating multiple shipments with strict timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage Material Hub (MHub) activities and ensure all material and shipment information is complete and accurate before dispatch.\n\nPerform quality control (QC) checks on MHub entries, including material quantities, SKU details, event requirements, and shipment information.\n\nPrepare pre-event shipping documents for international shipments originating from India.\n\nCreate and validate shipping labels for shipments to locations outside India.\n\nCoordinate with internal operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure shipments are dispatched according to event timelines.\n\nUpdate tracking numbers, carrier details, dispatch dates, and shipment status in relevant internal systems.\n\nMonitor shipments after dispatch and flag potential delays, incorrect tracking information, or other exceptions.\n\nMaintain accurate shipment documentation and records for operational and audit requirements.\n\nCoordinate with courier and logistics partners when required to resolve documentation, label, or tracking issues.\n\nEnsure all pre-event logistics activities are completed within defined operational SLAs.\n\nRequired Skills\n1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform data and document QC.\n\nBasic understanding of shipping documents, courier labels, tracking, and international logistics.\n\nAbility to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable working with internal operational platforms and logistics systems.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience working with courier or logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.\n\nExposure to international shipping documentation and cross-border logistics is preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3191,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Transportation & Logistics","Logistics","Professional Services","E-learning"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T13:23:32Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":18,"reasons":["conf:12","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-03T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/goodera-intern-operations-and-logistics","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/goodera-intern-operations-and-logistics.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-04T00:10:35Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":119,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4881,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"}}}
