The role combines creative production, technical expertise and production ownership to deliver high-quality and scalable media experiences.\nThe role works closely with Product, Studios, Marketing and external stakeholders to ensure efficient production delivery, strong storytelling and consistent quality.\nRole responsibilities:\nExecute productions. Run end-to-end video and live productions, including filming, editing and studio operation, as well as research for shooting locations and experts \nManage delivery. Take productions from briefing through delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution. \nCollaborate widely. Work with creative, production and technical stakeholders to deliver engaging, scalable content. \nImprove processes. Spot opportunities to simplify workflows and support the adoption of AI-enhanced production tools. \nMaintain standards. Keep production quality consistent across projects. \nBuild future-proof infrastructure. Contribute to studio equipment management, render workflows, storage solutions and technical tooling. \nRequirements\nThis role is for you if you have:\n3-5 years of experience in video production and post-production \nExperience with live productions, technical production setups and studio operations \nStrong affinity with innovation, scalable media production and AI-enhanced workflows \nExperience working cross-functionally with creative, operational and technical stakeholders \nExperience working with broadcast and/or cinema cameras \nExperience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects \nNice to have: experince with AI-assisted tooling such as Synthesia and Artlist's AI. \nThis role is not for you if:\nYou'd rather follow a fixed process than find ways to simplify and improve production workflows \nYou prefer handling one part of a production rather than owning it end-to-end, from concept through delivery \nYou're not curious about AI tools and new production technology, and how they could improve your work \nYou'd rather wait for direction than proactively flag and solve operational challenges \nBenefits\nWho we are:\nWelcome to GoodHabitz, one of the fastest-growing international EdTech companies in Europe.
