You'll also use JavaScript and CSS to extend Webflow when native functionality isn't enough.\nYou'll sit within Marketing, working closely with our Website Platform Owner, Digital Experience Specialist, designers and marketing stakeholders. You'll turn Figma designs and marketing briefs into high-quality web experiences while making sure the technical foundations are solid.\nThis is a hybrid role based at our Eindhoven HQ, typically 2 days per week in the office.\nRequirements\nRole responsibilities:\nOwn the Webflow build, structure and maintenance of the GoodHabitz website.\nBuild responsive, high-quality pages and reusable components from Figma designs and marketing briefs.\nUse JavaScript and CSS to create custom functionality, interactions and animations.\nKeep the Webflow project clean, scalable and maintainable.\nImprove site speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and crawlability.\nApply WCAG and accessibility best practices.\nProactively identify and fix bugs, technical debt and performance issues.\nUse AI and automation tools such as Claude and Make.com to work smarter and improve QA and maintenance.\nStay up to date with Webflow and emerging web technologies, including AI search and AEO.\nThis role is for you if you have:\n5+ years of web development experience, including 1-2+ years of recent hands-on Webflow experience.\nStrong JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills.\nGood understanding of front-end architecture, performance and maintainability.\nPractical experience with Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and accessibility.\nExperience translating Figma designs into production websites.\nExperience working directly with marketing teams and briefs.\nA proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.\nGenuine interest in Webflow and keeping up with new platform capabilities.\nNice to have\nTypeScript and modern frameworks such as Next.js or Astro.\nTailwind or Client-First.\nGSAP or other animation libraries.\nMultilingual/CMS website experience.\nAEO, AI search or AI crawler knowledge.\nMake.com or other automation tools.\nExperience using AI coding tools such as Claude.\nBenefits\nWho we are:\nWelcome to GoodHabitz, one of the fastest-growing international EdTech companies in Europe.
