We’re hiring curious, ambitious builders to help shape the future of AI search.\nWhat we are looking for:\nWe're seeking a passionate Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience designing intuitive, user-centered B2B software solutions. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to create exceptional user experiences that solve real business problems for our customers.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation.\n\nCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.\n\nConduct user interviews, surveys, and analyze user behavior data to understand customer needs and pain points to inform design decisions.\n\nAdopt an AI-first workflow by leveraging advanced design tools for prototyping, utilizing Code Connect and MCP to synchronize Figma with our codebase, and continuously identifying opportunities to accelerate the idea-to-ship cycle.\n\nCollaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.\n\nWork closely with customer success teams to gather insights from existing users.\n\nPair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects Develop and maintain design systems, documentation, assets and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform.\n\nSet the bar for design quality as one of our first designers.\n\nWhat you have:\n3-5 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.\n\nExperience working at early-stage startups or fast-growing companies.\n\nBackground in designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data visualization.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product launches.\n\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma, plus fluency with AI-native design tools (Claude Design or similar).\n\nExperience with prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end development constraints.\n\nUnderstanding of accessibility principles and responsive design.\n\nKnowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nBonus/Nice to have:\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge.\n\nExperience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.\n\nBEWARE OF FRAUD!
