Maintain pipeline management reports and forecast future opportunities\nProspect for new HELOC customers through inbound call campaigns\nEducate customers on HELOC products and eligibility requirements\nGather financial documents and process loan applications\nEvaluate applications based on credit worthiness, income verification, asset valuation, etc.\nPresent completed packages for underwriting approval\nCoordinate closings with settlement agents and title companies\nEnsure compliance with all applicable lending laws and regulations\nParticipate in continued education and training as required;\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:\n2+ years of experience as a loan officer, preferably with HELOC expertise\nBachelor's degree in finance, business or related field preferred\nStrong communication, sales, and relationship building skills\nProficiency with loan origination/processing software systems\nKnowledge of lending guidelines, laws and regulations\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nDetail-oriented with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities\nMust possess, or have the ability to possess upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act;
