Responsibilities\nDesign and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line\nUtilize AI-driven software processes to build and expand Goodleap Pros front-end and full stack services in a variety of technologies \nCollaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions as you lead initiatives within the Pros Selling organization\nContribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment \nMentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in AI-driven software development\nTroubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high system availability \nRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities\n5+ years of front-end software development experience using Typescript, React & Tailwind\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS\nExperience developing across the full software stack in conjunction with AI and agentic software development practices\nAbility to design systems that are secure, scalable and resilient to failure \nFamiliarity with relational databases like PostgresSQL\nExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture \nExcellent communication and documentation skills to go along with a collaborative mindset\nA passion for clean code, continuous improvement and best practices in software
