deployment, and post-launch support\nMentor and guide engineers across the team, setting high standards for system design, security, scalability, and code quality\nChampion operational excellence through strong practices around observability, documentation, monitoring, alerting, and incident response\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of software development experience, with deep backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS\nStrong system design skills, with experience building scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems and APIs\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented mindset\nPassion for clean, maintainable code, mentoring others, and continuous improvement\nBonus Points\nExperience building B2B SaaS, financial technology, or business operations products\nExperience with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, or complex third-party
