The role supports a high-quality employee experience through strong coordination, process follow-up and continuous improvement of HR practices.\nMore concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:\nHR processes management:\nManage and continuously evolve core HR processes and programs (including onboarding and performance & development cycles), challenging existing practices, identifying inefficiencies and driving scalable, efficient, and pragmatic solutions adapted to a fast-growing organization\nEnsure processes are well-documented, consistently applied, and compliant with internal standards and regulations\nCoordinate and drive effective execution of HR cycles across teams\nReview and improve efficiency of internal HR processes\nSupport the implementation of potential HRIS\nLearning and development:\nDefine and continuously evolve the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business priorities\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development needs\nCoordinate and drive the implementation of L&D initiatives across the organization\nReview, challenge, and continuously improve the content and effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives (e.g., Goodman Academy, induction days)\nTrack L&D budgets, manage program logistics, and monitor implementation and participation\nCollect and manage L&D data and ensure regular reporting on learning activities and outcomes.\nEmployees engagement\nSupport the rollout of employee engagement surveys and follow-up of action plans\nContribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture\nCompliance\nSupport compliance-related implementations, reviews, audits, and reporting activities\nEnsure compliance of HR processes and L&D practices with internal policies and applicable regulations\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR policies and guidelines \nDo you recognize yourself?\nProven experience in HR operations, Learning & Development and HR project coordination\nTechnology-savvy with good understanding of HR systems and digital tools\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR platforms\nComfortable working with HR data, reporting, and process tracking with accuracy and attention to details\nStrong organizational, coordination and process management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively (e.g. C&B specialist, recruiters, HRBP, etc.)\nCollaborative mindset and strong communication skills\nFull fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling the candidate to work in an international environment.\nHow will we reward you?\nAt Goodman, we know that our people are the driving force behind our success.
