We're not a political party, we're a platform and a movement to democratize democracy.\nFounded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit ($1B+ in exits, including Flipagram/TikTok and Shopzilla), GoodParty.org is building solutions so we can have a truly representative democracy where society's biggest problems are solved.\nWhat you'll do:\nYou’ll single-handedly build and own large parts of the GoodParty.org products that serve independent candidates and elected officials every day.\n\nYou’ll iterate extremely quickly alongside our small team. You’ll regularly take rough product ideas (a sentence or two) and transform those into a working MVP in the hands of real candidates and elected officials in 1-2 days.\n\nYou won’t manually write code, and you won’t manually review code.\n\nYou’ll push the boundaries of what is possible with agents, both in GoodParty.org products and in your day-to-day-work.\n\nWho we're looking for:\nYou’re up for the audacious challenge of driving money out of politics and democratizing democracy.\n\nYou have experience shipping and iterating on production AI systems with real usage. You have hands-on experience designing eval systems, building agent graphs, and doing general agent engineering.\n\nYou are bored by most blog posts on AI and agentic engineering. You’re past that, and are interested in personally pushing the envelope by designing, building, and measuring processes and systems that actually work on your team. You believe in agentic coding because it means you can do more for users.\n\nYou have a hard track record of single-handedly delivering internal improvements that meaningfully and measurably increase the output of everyone on your team. You obsess over projects that create leverage for the whole team.\n\nYou are skilled at the whole remote communication thing.
