We are looking for someone with a comprehensive analytical toolkit and the ability to dive in and help drive optimal decision making across multiple disciplines. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key consultant with cross-functional internal leaders & external partners in areas such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product. You will develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions and help expand a high-growth sales channel.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the analytical liaison to Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to expand the market footprint of key-growth areas\nBuild analytical & strategic frameworks that size business opportunities and define success metrics to inform decision making and strategic planning\nDevelop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor performance and initiatives and track results of recommendations\nCreate data-driven models to set and optimize drug pricing, balancing pharmacy partner economics with patient affordability and access\nBecome familiar with business challenges and technologies and act as a trusted advisor for both internal & external stakeholders\nPartner with data team to develop backend data sources that fuel reporting and query optimization \n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders\nProven ability to organize and interpret data to surface insights and opportunities\nHigh SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency\nExceptional written and oral communication skills\nDashboarding and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.)\nAbility to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience in healthcare, specifically at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Major Retail Pharmacy\nPrior experience working with e-commerce and pricing analytics is a plus, as we continuously seek to make it easier for our patients to save with us. \n\nAll GoodRx employees are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Company safety and security policies and procedures, being vigilant and observant of potential security threats (including phishing attempts) and proactively communicating with the Security Team to raise any concerns.\nAt GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.
