This is a high-impact opportunity for someone excited to create, experiment, and drive meaningful outcomes while shaping the financial journeys of millions of consumers.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive Business Growth: Own and scale key business metrics, including user acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue growth across lending products and customer segments.\nOptimize Customer Journeys: Map, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys, onboarding funnels, and product experiences to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.\nLead GTM and Growth Initiatives: Design and execute go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, and targeted campaigns to expand customer reach and unlock new growth opportunities.\nManage Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with external partners, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders to enable seamless business operations and scalable integrations.\nDrive Ecosystem and Vendor Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party platforms, technology providers, and operational partners to enhance customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements:\nB. Tech/B. E. or MBA from a Tier-1 institute.\n1-5 years of experience in category management/product operations in a fast-paced environment.\nEcommerce, fintech, or B2C ecosystem.
