You will work on our most mature products, the ones with the strongest market position and the clearest track record. They already work. What we are doing now is unlocking new avenues on top of them, and that means identifying new personas, testing new angles, and opening opportunities the business has not gone after before.\nThat is where you come in. You will be at the forefront of that work, in a fast-paced and fast-moving environment where the picture changes as we learn. You will work on the front line alongside our strategic account executives, and you will have significant exposure to senior management across the business. Very little of this is handed to you fully formed, and your findings will shape where we go next.\nThis is a role for someone looking to genuinely accelerate their early career.\nAs Business Development Representative, your mission will be to:\nConduct outbound to enterprise businesses globally; 100+ prospects a month.\n\nQualify and progress early-cycle prospects on what you source.\n\nFind leverage in tooling; we expect you to bring technology to the problem and make yourself measurably more efficient and more impactful over time, not just busier.\n\nAutomate the parts of the job that should be automated. Research, enrichment, list building, personalisation at volume; if you are doing it manually twice, you should be building the system that does it the third time.\n\nIdentify and test new personas, then define the ICP around what actually responds.\n\nRefine how we position ourselves as we move into new territory. What we start with will not be what we settle on.\n\nSequence design and testing. Every sequence has a hypothesis and a written outcome.\n\nEnsure HubSpot data quality and pipeline hygiene.\n\nConvert event and inbound follow-up with marketing.\n\nThis role is a perfect match for you if you have/are:\nTrack record of rapid progression: an SDR or BDR seat, consulting, or something you built yourself.\n\nComfort with modern GTM tooling: HubSpot plus Clay, Unify, Cognism, AirSpeed, n8n, or equivalent. Fluency with LLMs beyond chat.\n\nEnterprise or multi-stakeholder selling exposure.\n\nExcellent written English. Most of the outreach is written, and quality matters.\n\nAre sharp and want to work with people who will tell you when you're wrong.\n\nLearn something once. We give direct feedback and expect it applied immediately.\n\nAre genuinely curious. The best version of this role asks better questions than we do.\n\nAre comfortable on the phone and can build rapport quickly with people you have never spoken to.\n\nConfident telephone manner and disciplined follow-through on what gets said.\n\nHave automated your own job before, or wanted to and weren't allowed.\n\nAre persistent and selective. Enterprise motion requires discipline, especially at scale.\n\nWould rather sharpen the plan than be handed one.\n\nCare about the mission.
