We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.\nTo keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey - we need you\nJoin us as Delivery Manager!\nWe’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Delivery Manager to lead and scale our growing team of 20 grant specialists. You’ll own day-to-day delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time, proposals meet the highest quality standards, and blockers are resolved quickly. You’ll build effective processes across grant prospecting, writing, and submission, while coaching and developing your team, optimising workflows, and using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency without compromising quality.\nAs Delivery Manager, your mission will be to:\nManage a growing grant writer team of 20 people.\n\nEnsure the team completes their backlog of tasks each day.\n\nEnsure that there are no overdue tasks (unless they absolutely cannot be completed that day).\n\nEnsuring that all blockers are communicated effectively to the product/engineering team.\n\nCreatively problem-solving to help unblock grant writers.\n\nCreating and managing the correct processes so that our grant prospectors, grant writers, and grant submitters all work seamlessly together.\n\nEstablish blind QA reviews across delivery pods to maintain high proposal standards.\n\nOwn recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, and promotion tracks for the grant writers, providing direct coaching on complex mechanisms like federal NOFOs, logic models, and multi-year program budgets.\n\nMonitor pipeline density across all 400 accounts to smooth out deadline clustering, reallocate overflow work across pods, or deploy a vetted bench of contract writers during peak funding cycles (e.g., Q2/Q4 deadlines).\n\nStandardize narrative frameworks, boilerplate language libraries, AI-assisted research tools, and submission workflows to shorten drafting cycles without compromising personalization.\n\nPartner with the Head of Client Success to define realistic production timelines, enforce submission milestones, and serve as an escalation buffer to protect writers from scope creep and unvetted, last-minute client requests.\n\nManage hiring; interviewing grant writers, onboarding them, and ramping them up.\n\nOwn reporting; producing weekly reports around grant writer delivery and blockers/ bottlenecks to our leadership team.\n\nThis role is a perfect match for you if you have:\nAt least two years of experience managing large teams doing repetitive tasks.\n\nExperience working in the impact/nonprofit space with specific knowledge of the grant writing process.\n\nManaging knowledge economy workers.\n\nA strong university degree/education.\n\nExperience with a scaling startup (Series A and beyond).\n\nWhat you can expect upon joining our team\nSalary reviews and share options becoming an integral part of our growth and share in the company's success\nGoodstack’s Workplace Giving\nVitality Plus - Private health insurance\n£250 Brighten your day annual budget\n£1000 Learning & development annual budget\nGoodstack library\nTasty Tuesday!
