生态核心原理，具备源码阅读能力。\n- 熟悉微服务与分布式理论（分布式事务、幂等、最终一致性），熟练使用 Spring Cloud Alibaba（Nacos、Sentinel、Gateway、Seata），了解核心原理。\n- 熟练掌握 MySQL（分库分表、读写分离、索引与慢查询优化），熟悉 Redis 高可用架构（哨兵 / 集群）与缓存治理，了解 TiDB / PostgreSQL 等主流数据库。\n- 熟悉 RocketMQ / Kafka 至少一种，能设计可靠消息链路并处理重复消费、消息积压等常见生产问题。\n- 熟悉 Docker 与 Kubernetes 基本运维（HPA、Ingress、Helm），参与过容器化改造或上云项目。\n- 熟悉监控告警（Prometheus / Grafana）、日志平台（ELK / Loki）与链路追踪，有压测与故障应急复盘经验。\n- 熟悉接口安全：认证授权（OAuth2/JWT）、数据加密、防 SQL 注入与接口防刷。\n- 了解 AI 应用（Agent 框架、RAG、大模型 API 集成），有意愿推动 AI 能力在业务中落地。\n优先条件：\n- 有用友、泛微等企业软件的集成经验，熟悉 ESB / 集成平台。\n- 有大数据 / 实时计算（Flink、ClickHouse）接入经验。\n-
