This role is responsible for building maintenance support to the specific locations that are being overseen, creates/maintains standard facilities documentation and invoicing/coding for maintenance items, building assessments and special projects supporting the facilities manager with remodels/relocations and onsite \nprojects.\nDay in the life: In a typical day, the Facilities Coordinator\nFacility Maintenance Support: Coordinates timely and cost-effective property maintenance solutions between vendors and multiple sites through a work order system. \nFacility Documents: Creates and maintains standard facilities documentation and invoicing/coding for maintenance items.\nSpecial Projects: Supports the facilities department with special projects related to site remodels, relocations, and other onsite maintenance projects. \nJob Pay & Perks:\nPay range: $23.39 - $32.17/hour\n This is a flexible-hybrid role whose essential functions allow the employee to primarily work from a personal home office but also require the employee to work at a physical GESMN or partner facility as business needs require, sometimes with great urgency and little notice.\nGoodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) prioritizes work-life balance.
