Every role within our retail operations helps us further our mission of empowering people to increase the dignity and independence that comes with earning a paycheck and achieving self-sufficiency.\nPay: $50,000\nJob Type: Full-Time, Exempt\nHours of Operation:\n Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM\nEssential Duties and Tasks:\nKey decision maker in improving operational processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and quality of store results in collaboration with the senior store manager.\nManage store expense control and payroll to optimize business.\nFocus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and Safety Awareness.\nFollow company guidelines to foster a positive shopping experience.\nTrain, develop, and manage a team of Associates and Assistant Managers.\nAbility to make good hiring decisions while following the companies hiring process.\nManage and coach all associates on achieving sales goals with a focus on key metrics.\nDevelop a culture of goal attainment focused on the company’s mission, vision, and values.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required.
