trains store personnel in store policies, job duties, and Agency policies and procedures\nMaintains store premises to ensure adequate security and compliance with safety and environmental codes and ordinances as well as with the Agency’s health and safety standards\nPerforms operational duties as needed (register, donation area, production, merchandising, customer service)\nAdministration:\nAnalyzes store merchandising needs; ensures adequate levels of inventory in order to meet projected sales and budget goals through achievement of production goals\nMaintains store records including all cash, sales and deposit reports, expense reports, payroll sheets and other records required by the Agency or by applicable law\nCloses registers and cashes out; totals and summarizes funds received, endorses checks, and prepares bank deposit slip; deposits funds at a bank\nSupervision:\nAssists Store Manager with all general store operations \nSupervises/coordinates activities of store personnel;
