This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference while leading a dynamic retail team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and promote staff development.\nCustomer Service: Ensure customers receive excellent service by setting and maintaining high customer interactions, merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.\nInventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise to maximize sales and minimize waste.\nSales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including merchandising displays, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.\nFinancial Management: Manage store budgets and financial performance, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve budget targets.\nQuality Control: Maintain merchandise quality standards and ensure all items meet Goodwill's quality guidelines.\nCompliance: Ensure compliance with all Goodwill policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.\nCommunity Engagement: Represent Goodwill in the local community, building positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate Degree or equivalent experience\nTwo years of successful supervisory experience at Goodwill;
