High school diploma, GED equivalency required, or its equivalent in courses of business or marketing\nUndergone two (2) years of supervisory experience and two (2) years of retail experience\nExperience with supervision and training direct reports in all aspects of store operations\nMust be able to work flexible hours\nOutstanding organizational skills\nAbility to calculate amounts\nWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications\n\nSpecial Working Conditions\nThe work environment is mostly indoors.
