Ultimately, this role ensures that aerospace systems are delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and compliance, supporting the company’s reputation and operational excellence.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace industry.\nStrong knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, FAA regulations, and NADCAP requirements.\nProficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.\nExperience with supplier quality management and audits.\nFamiliarity with aerospace manufacturing processes including composites, machining, and assembly.\nKnowledge of statistical software and data analysis tools.\nExperience working with regulatory agencies and managing compliance documentation.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with aerospace industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.\nConduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.\nPerform regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, suppliers, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and supply chain to address quality concerns and support product development.\nAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report findings to management and stakeholders.\nSkills:\nThe Aerospace Quality Engineer utilizes their technical expertise and analytical skills daily to evaluate product quality and process effectiveness.
