Product Evaluation: Sorts, evaluates, and identifies high-value items suitable for online sale, ensuring safe packing of product for transport.\n3. Inventory Management: Monitors, organizes, and tracks eCommerce inventory, ensuring accurate records.\n4. Team Communication: Collaborates with store leadership and the eCommerce leadership team, attending training sessions, monthly meetings, and contributing to operational improvements.\n5. Safety and Organization: Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.\n6. Positive Work Environment: Fosters a positive and collaborative work atmosphere by communicating respectfully and effectively with coworkers, leadership, and customers.\n7. Performance Metrics: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for online sales, contributing to strategies that drive growth and profitability.\n8. Continuous Learning: Stays informed on eCommerce trends and platform updates, leveraging new insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.\n9. Other Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the eCommerce operation.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:\n* Strong knowledge of jewelry, collectibles, and art.
