Troubleshoot and drive resolution of any related issues. \nManage, configure, and deploy hardware and software updates, security patches and other necessary items on an as-needed basis.\nManages, or assists with, configuration and administration of software and systems supported internally or provided by vendor partners, such as corporate POS systems. \nOversee backup procedures to ensure data security, availability, and integrity of required resources.\nCollaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation, and meet organizational development goals.\nMake recommendations for technology changes, process improvements and cyber protection.\nManage network security tools, firewall, anti-virus and IPS and IDS systems by network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning. \nIdentify, troubleshoot, and document network connectivity and performance issues, escalating when necessary.\nParticipate in required compliance activities as needed, including data log collection, statistical analysis, and proper reporting standards.\nProvide customer support and troubleshooting help to end users through email, telephone, and personal communication.\nDevelop and maintain documentation pertaining to standards, procedures, and techniques for administration, change management, and problem resolution.\nInterface directly with other IT support technicians to resolve and document hardware and software troubleshooting tickets, bug reports and errors.\nPerform other technical duties as designated by the IT Management\nYour Qualifications:\n Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position\nSecurity+ certification or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred.\nMinimum 5 years working with hardware configurations such as, but not limited to, network devices, installation, and configuration of software/hardware.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience working with/installing/configuring Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCPIP protocol\nIndividual must have knowledge and skills in PC repair, networking, troubleshooting and inventory.\nMust be able to communicate effectively to individuals of various educational and socio-economic backgrounds.\nMust be able to meet all required government security clearances.\nPossess a valid Georgia Driver’s license and be insurable by company carrier\nAbility to pass Georgia Department of Motor Vehicle driving record check.\nAble to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as required.\nIf you’re passionate about service, love working in a fun and energetic environment, and value diversity and teamwork, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!\nJoin us in our commitment to sustainability and making a positive contribution to our community.
