About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
- Knowledge of the products or industry relevant to the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their questions and needs promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and returns according to company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management to ensure product availability.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives to enhance the shopping environment and drive sales.
