This role contributes to high-impact projects such as proposals, events, thought leadership, marketing collateral, web and bio updates, surveys, and rankings, while collaborating with attorneys, client development professionals, and firm staff at all levels.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPitches & Proposals: Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses by collaborating with CD teams and attorneys to ensure materials are accurate, compelling, and tailored to client opportunities.\nContent & Collateral Management: Maintain and update marketing materials, including group descriptions, brochures, client decks, client alerts, web content, attorney bios, and internal databases.\nReporting & Analytics: Generate reports on business development metrics, pitch activity, and event performance to support strategic planning and leadership reporting.\nResearch & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research on industries, clients, and prospects to provide insights for client and prospect meetings, pitches, proposals, and other business development efforts.\nAccolades & Rankings: Assist in preparing submissions for surveys, league tables, directories, and rankings. Coordinate partner interviews and gather information to support recognition opportunities.\nEvents & Webinars: Provide support for in-person and virtual events, including invitations, pre-event planning, on-site staffing, post-event follow-up, and lead tracking in collaboration with CD and Marketing teams.\nThought Leadership: Help monitor industry developments and assist in identifying opportunities for thought leadership campaigns, supporting related projects and initiatives.\nClient Development Initiatives: Support key client development initiatives, execute strategic plans, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.\n Technology & Tools: Develop working knowledge of key firm platforms (e.g., iManage, Microsoft Dynamics, Foundation) and stay current on business development tools to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.\n CRM Management & Data Integrity: Assist in maintaining and improving the accuracy of client data in the CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), including contact updates, activity logging, and data clean-up efforts.\nOther Responsibilities: Provide additional client development and marketing support as needed to advance business objectives.\nWho You Are:\nBA, BS, or equivalent.\nSome experience (co-op, internships, entry-level experience) in client development or marketing, and in a professional services environment strongly preferred.\nEffective and professional written and verbal communication skills.\nPositive attitude with the ability to think objectively and work both independently and collaboratively.\nAbility to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments effectively.\nAbility to build rapport and strong working relationships with attorneys and professional staff.\nStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nExcellent writing and editing skills.\nAdvanced in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based research;
