This role manages project roadmaps, ensures accountability for deliverables, and drives alignment among business and technology stakeholders. The position establishes clear scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and success criteria; tracks progress; and helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with firm priorities.
