This role translates marketing and business requirements into scalable platform capabilities that support reliable email delivery and effective audience targeting. Partnering with team members across Marketing Strategy, CRM, and Business Intelligence and Analytics, this role establishes technical standards, prioritizes platform enhancements, and ensures CIJ evolves in alignment with business priorities and enterprise technology requirements. drive long-term growth.\nWhat You Will Do:\nOwn CIJ architecture, configuration, and environment governance, including standards for segments, journeys, triggers, and templates, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise requirements \nOwn the CIJ roadmap in partnership with Marketing Strategy and Digital & Technology, aligning platform enhancements with business priorities and evolving marketing needs \nBuild, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys in CIJ and Cvent, ensuring accurate audience targeting, quality assurance, required approvals, and clear stakeholder communication throughout delivery \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on the design, implementation, and ongoing support of integrations between CIJ, CRM, and event management platforms such as Cvent; lead resolution of complex platform issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements \nEnable access, configuration, and change management with Digital & Technology; partner with CRM, privacy, and technology teams to incorporate consent, preference management, and data requirements \nMaintain process and technical documentation, including email build and deployment QA checklists; enforce risk-based QA with additional testing for complex or higher-risk journeys and own technical sign-off for any changes \nServe as the primary liaison with vendors supporting email marketing tools and services, coordinating technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements \nManage and mentor in-house team and external production resources, setting priorities and supporting team development to ensure accurate, timely delivery of daily requests, marketing campaigns, and foundational platform development \nEvaluate new CIJ capabilities, coordinate testing, adoption, and training with marketing and technology partners, and align enhancements with campaign delivery needs in partnership with Marketing Strategy \nWho You Are:\n6-8 years of proven work experience in email marketing or an equivalent role; experience working with professional services firms a plus \nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience \nStrong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys platform knowledge and experience integrating email platforms with CRMs and analytics tools required \nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred \nExperience with Cvent or a comparable event management platform preferred \nExperience with email testing and validation tools, such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or Sandbox \nExperience working with workflow management tools, such as Workfront, Trello, Asana, or Jira \nFamiliarity with HTML/CSS for email A strategic thinker who connects business needs
