Coordinator, you’ll serve as a trusted coordination partner, helping guide projects of significant scale and complexity while supporting the people around you.\nYou’ll:\nManage end-to-end project setup, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation in firm software systems.\n\nCoordinate pre-project planning by drafting project scopes, task orders, baseline schedules, and fee projections.\n\nLead competitive bidding processes, including bid advertisements, contract specification preparation, bid tabulations, and contract award recommendations.\n\nServe as the central communication point during construction administration between managers, contractors, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.\n\nMaintain and track pay applications, change notices, change orders, and subconsultant invoices.\n\nExecute complete project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, regulatory approvals, and financial reconciliations.\n\nSupport QA/QC processes through structured schedule oversight and accurate project record management.\n\nAssist business development initiatives by tracking client pipelines in CRM systems and supporting grant funding application compliance.\n\nProvide high-level administrative and schedule coordination support to engineering leadership.\n\nFacilitate proactive cross-team communication, anticipating project and maintaining contract documents preferred, but not required\n\nDeltek Vantagepoint knowledge preferred; CRM tracking software\n\nHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel teams.\nTravel: Up to 10%, including project site visits, client meetings, professional development, and other project-related activities.\nFieldwork may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, temperatures, construction environments, pollutants, chemicals, insects, and other site conditions.Appropriate protective clothing and equipment will be provided and required as appropriate.\nThe role also includes periods of desk and computer work, as well as occasional bending, twisting, crouching, and other physical movements.Employees may occasionally need to lift up to
