The Business Operations Manager plays a key role in maintaining business continuity, workforce readiness, and operational consistency during periods of growth and organizational change.\nWhy This Role Matters\nDrives operational excellence by implementing standardized processes, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.\nEnsures organizational readiness by supporting onboarding, employee development, knowledge transfer, and business continuity across teams.\nPartners with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to successfully implement changes, align operational priorities, and improve execution consistency.\nIdentifies and addresses process gaps and opportunities, helping the organization scale effectively while maintaining a high-performing and adaptable workforce.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and support operational programs focused on process improvement, standardization, and organizational effectiveness.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain training, onboarding, and knowledge management initiatives to build workforce capability.\nPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational priorities and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.\nMonitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.\nSupport change management efforts by coordinating communications, training, and adoption strategies for new processes and programs.\nEnsure business continuity and operational readiness through workforce planning, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.\n7+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related Finance operations.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing operational improvements, and supporting change management efforts.\nDemonstrated ability to develop training programs, drive employee readiness, and partner effectively with leaders to achieve business objectives.\nAdditional Details\nRelocation Available: No.\nSponsorship Available: No.\nTypical Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.\nGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
