You will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer needs are met, handle special requests, and proactively support the overall order management process. A key part of the role is ensuring reliable order execution, timely communication on availability and delivery, and efficient resolution of customer claims in the Quality Management system across logistics, billing, and pricing areas. Success is measured through service level, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on first-time resolution and continuously improving the customer experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTake ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing.\nSupport customers with delivery timelines, product availability, and smart alternatives when needed.\n Proactively follow up on orders and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.\nCollaborate closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to solve customer needs and special requests.\nHandle customer claims in the Quality Management (QM) system and support fast, fair resolution.\nEnsure first-time resolution wherever possible - making things easy and efficient for the customer.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluent Danish, Swedish, and English communication skills.\n4-5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar roles.\nA naturally proactive mindset - someone who spots what needs to be done before being asked.\nStrong Excel skills and comfort working with systems (SAP experience is a plus).\nA calm, structured approach to multitasking in a fast-moving environment.\nA collaborative spirit - someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture\nA genuine focus on customer care, empathy, and building long-term relationships.\nNote: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
