If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.\nWhy This Role Matters\nJoin our EHS & Facilities team and play an important role in creating a safe, well-organised and welcoming place to work.\nYou’ll provide varied administrative and coordination support, from reviewing data and preparing reports and presentations to maintaining accurate records and coordinating facilities, training and Health Surveillance. Working closely with the EHS & Facilities Manager, colleagues and external partners, you’ll help keep key processes running smoothly and identify opportunities to improve how we work.\nThis role is based at our UK Head Office in Solihull, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide administrative support across EHS & Facilities, including reviewing data, updating databases and maintaining accurate records.\nPrepare weekly reports, presentations and business updates, turning information into clear and engaging slides and summaries.\nSupport meetings and communications, including taking notes, coordinating actions and following up on agreed tasks.\nManage day-to-day facilities requests through our CAFM system, liaising with associates and our facilities provider.\nCoordinate EHS training and Health Surveillance, including bookings, records and follow-up with external providers.\nSupport office purchasing, purchase orders and invoicing, and maintain the EHS & Facilities SharePoint site.\nHelp streamline processes and support the team with wider EHS activities, including reporting and claims. Support the team with the administration of projects and on some occasions, owning workstreams.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience in an administrative, coordination, facilities or similar support role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nConfident using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, particularly for reviewing information and creating clear reports and presentations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and external partners.\nA proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and follow tasks through to completion.\nComfortable working independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team member.\nAn interest in Health, Safety & Environment and/or Facilities, with relevant experience or knowledge being beneficial.\nGCSE-level education or equivalent. Experience with EHS or CAFM systems, basic EHS legislation or IOSH would be an advantage.\nWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
