The role will drive workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, labor compliance, and organizational effectiveness to support operational excellence and sustainable business performance.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will partner with plant operations and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and workforce capability.\nYou will work with Talent Acquisition teams to forecast workforce needs, oversee local recruitment, and ensure seamless onboarding.\nYou will oversee performance management for hourly associates, succession planning, technical knowledge transfer, and leadership development programs.\nYou will foster a positive work environment, address complex employee relations matters, promote fair labor practices, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.\nYou will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives while supporting employee engagement and retention.\nYou will utilize HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) to drive data-informed decisions, organizational management, reporting, and HR operational excellence.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.\nYou bring 5-8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, automotive, or heavy industrial environments.\nYou have in-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Law, statutory compliance, mutual agreements, and employee relations practices.\nYou have experience working with leading HRIS platforms, such as Workday (an advantage).\nYou demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving skills.\nYou have good command of the English language.\nGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
