Work with internal teams and distribution partners to improve sales execution and resolve customer issues.\nWhy this Role Matters:\nSupports Singapore sales growth and profitability through disciplined territory and account execution.\nStrengthens long-term customer relationships through responsive service and relevant product recommendations.\nExpands dealer and store coverage while improving product availability and retail execution.\nWhat You Will Do\nDeliver sell-in, sell-through and sell-out targets in line with the Singapore REPL annual operating plan.\nImplement product, pricing and promotional programs, and recommend appropriate pricing for new SKUs.\nTrack sales performance, close gaps, and maintain product availability and appropriate inventory levels.\nVisit customers regularly, use consultative selling, and resolve queries and service issues.\nDevelop new dealers and stores, maintain account coverage, and support Retail Excellence and Perfect Store standards.\nPrepare forecasts and reports, share market insights, and coordinate order fulfillment with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.\nWhat We’re Looking for:\n3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, distributor management or retail sales execution.\nProven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.\nExperience with distributors, dealers or retail customers preferred.\nStrong selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.\nGood planning, follow-up and reporting discipline, with attention to detail.\nGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
