for agencies and partners globally.\nLeverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to customers globally.\nCollect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.\nDevelop innovative solutions to the business problems faced by agencies and partners globally.\nIdentify trends and develop new solutions to reach advertisers and drive business goals.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).\n6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.\nExperience working with Ad tech products such as Ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.\nExperience working in the ad space, first-party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.\nUnderstanding of engineering solutions built for scale.\nEffective project management, people management, leadership, problem solving skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven
