Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.\nTo learn more about gTech, check out our video.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $102000 - $144000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify and build a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.\nLeverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.\nCollect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals. \nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).\nExperience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nExperience working in the ad space - first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.\nExperience working with ad tech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.\nEffective project management, people management and leadership skills;
