with FSRs and partners to execute joint Data+AI plays, driving platform standardization and co-sell motions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n12 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.\n5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.\nExperience implementing sales practices (e.g., account prioritization, sales methodology (e.g., MEDPICC), pipeline structure, conducting customer meetings (e.g., presenting demos, business cases)).\nAbility to travel up to 30% of the time. \nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, while organizing territory go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.\nExperience coaching teams to utilize agentic AI tools for customer demonstrations and articulating data governance frameworks to position secure, compliant AI-native applications.\nUnderstanding of modern cloud-native architectures, Google Cloud Data Analytics, open lakehouses, and AI platforms to guide strategic direction against legacy environments.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners,
