Own CXO relationships with top customers and inspire executives by identifying AI use cases for Google Cloud products and solutions and demonstrating opportunities for transformation.\nRepresent your business in forecasts, town halls and meetings; report forecasts and business performance in Salesforce and other tools.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud or AI space.\nLeadership experience within a quota-carrying team, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.\nExperience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling AI technology to clients.\nPreferred qualifications:\nPeople and business management experience, supporting career development of a high performing sales team and business growth.\nExperience planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activity within your team and territory.\nExperience leveraging knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and market trends, with the analytical abilities to analyze sales performance data or market changes, to drive direction.\nExperience influencing cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion.\nExperience with Google Cloud, relevant AI offerings, and selling an AI technology stack.\nProblem solving, communication, presentation, active listening, and program management
