From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.\nResponsibilities\nTake accountability for accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of financial reporting and processes related to Controllership for your area (e.g., month-end close, year end statutory financial processes, Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) analytics, tax compliance, financial accounting).\nPrepare and present financial information to different audiences, including finance leaders, business partners, auditors and regional accountants.\nParticipate in cross-finance readiness for product initiatives in APAC, providing jurisdictional expertise and partner with key stakeholders for successful implementation/launch.\nDevelop solutions for current and potential problems, address potential issues and risks for a specific area, and focus on comprehensive and proactive planning to craft solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to design new or improve current methods/processes (e.g., customized process documents or deliverables, policy updates, revised guidance), to increase efficiency or produce higher value for users.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).\n7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA or MSA degree.\nQualified Chartered Accountant.\nExperience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
