This ecosystem encompasses four functional domains such as: Trading and Investments, Enterprise Risk and Strategy, Capital Structure and Global Operations.In this role, you will take lead advisory ownership within a dedicated focus area-while actively contributing flexible secondary coverage for debt and equity deals. You will work alongside division directors, fiscal stakeholders, and external law firms on prominent multi-jurisdictional matters.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\nUS: $217000 - $314000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary legal partner driving strategy and supporting transactions across at least one Treasury pillar Structure and discuss fund commitments, side letters, subscription docs, LPAs, and co-investments. \nDraft and discuss ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, prime brokerage, clearing, reinsurance, and insurance arrangements.
