(USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nSupport partner onboarding, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and configure sell-side ad tech solutions, develop and implement basic custom solutions to meet specific business needs.\nCreate internal and external technical documentation, training materials, code samples, and knowledge base articles to empower partners and team members.\nProvide technical feedback to product teams, identify bugs, suggest improvements, and assist in technical investigations of partner-reported issues.\nContribute to the technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting of project deliverables to ensure alignment with partner requirements.\nShare technical best practices, stay updated on Google's technical advancements, and help improve internal technical support tools and systems.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.\nExperience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience configuring technical solutions to meet specific requirements.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex integration and platform functionality issues during partner onboarding and project execution.\nProven ability to create clear technical documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting guides to empower partners and internal teams.\nProactive approach to staying updated on technical advancements and sharing best practices within the team to optimize support processes.\nFoundational programming skills to develop basic custom solutions, test integrations, and write reusable code samples.\nStrong communication skills to partner with product and engineering teams, report bugs, and
