The team, also known as BizOps, operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues.\nGoogle's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. issues for the Google executive team.\nGather and analyze information quickly and solve problems effectively.\nDevelop compelling and insightful recommendations.\nBuild consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within leadership audiences.\nWork with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in management consulting at the project lead or managerial level or equivalent experience in corporate strategy.\nPreferred qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.\n5 years of experience in a management consulting firm with a strong performance trajectory.\nExperience in technology, media, or a telecom company or education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).\nExperience in strategy or in a business operations environment, leading client projects and owning operational and initiatives.\nExperience guiding consultants and excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExcellent
